Terms की acceptance
Eqora डाउनलोड या इस्तेमाल करके आप Rocket Digital Limited की official terms, applicable Apple rules और प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी से सहमत होते हैं।
अगर आप इन terms से सहमत नहीं हैं तो ऐप इस्तेमाल न करें। आपको binding agreement करने की age पूरी होनी चाहिए।
Service का scope
Eqora-जेनरेटेड हेयरस्टाइल, कलर और स्टाइल Previews; एनालिसिस, chat, favourites, कम्पैरिजन और सैलून consult prep के टूल्स देता है।
फीचर्स, उपलब्ध styles, डिवाइस requirements और limits वर्शन, region, अकाउंट और सब्सक्रिप्शन के हिसाब से बदल सकते हैं।
AI results की limits
जेनरेटेड नतीजों में errors, unnatural डिटेल और differences हो सकते हैं। वे असली कट, रंग या स्टाइलिंग नतीजे का definite पूर्वानुमान या गारंटी नहीं देते।
नतीजों को medical diagnosis, face recognition, identity verification, प्रोफेशनल सैलून assessment या chemical processes की safety पर decision के लिए इस्तेमाल न करें।
अकाउंट और fair use
अकाउंट जानकारी की accuracy और login details की security बनाए रखें। किसी और व्यक्ति की फ़ोटो सिर्फ़ तब प्रोसेस करें जब आपके पास right या required permission हो।
Service का illegal, harmful, misleading या rights-violating use; system disrupt करना, limits पार करना या reverse engineering prohibited है।
Purchases और सब्सक्रिप्शन
कुछ फीचर्स या उपयोग की सीमाएँ के लिए Apple App Store के ज़रिए ऐप के अंदर खरीदारी या अपने आप-renew सब्सक्रिप्शन ज़रूरी हो सकती है।
Price, duration और renewal terms purchase से पहले दिखते हैं। Management, cancellation और refunds Apple अकाउंट settings और Apple rules के अधीन हैं।
Intellectual property
ऐप, brand, design, software और editorial सामग्री के rights Rocket Digital Limited या related rights holders के हैं।
आप ऐप का व्यक्तिगत और non-commercial use कर सकते हैं। Copy, sale या redistribution के लिए legal basis या written permission ज़रूरी है।
उपलब्धता और liability limit
Connection, उपयोग की सीमाएँ, मेंटेनेंस और third-party services interruption या नतीजे न मिलने का कारण बन सकते हैं। हम service के continuous और error-free operation की गारंटी नहीं देते।
Law की अनुमति तक service as-is दी जाती है; indirect loss या results पर भरोसा करने से होने वाले loss के लिए liability limited है। Mandatory consumer rights प्रभावित नहीं होते।
Changes, access termination और contact
हम service या terms बदल सकते हैं। Important changes उचित तरीके से बताए जाएँगे। Serious violation या risk पर access suspend या terminate की जा सकती है।
