If this guide differs from the official Rocket Digital Terms of Service, the official terms control. Review them before using Eqora or purchasing a subscription.
1. Agreement and operator
Eqora is a mobile application operated by Rocket Digital Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By installing or using the app, you agree to the official Rocket Digital Terms of Service and the Eqora Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the app. Additional Apple App Store terms may also apply to your download and purchases.
2. License and restrictions
Subject to continued compliance, Rocket Digital grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for personal or internal business purposes.
The official terms restrict reverse engineering, unauthorized copying or commercial exploitation, interference with security, unlawful use, and infringement of third-party rights.
3. Your photos, prompts, and generated content
You must own or have the rights needed to submit any photo, message, or other input. Do not upload private or copyrighted material unless you have permission to use it.
Subject to the official terms and applicable law, Rocket Digital grants you a license to use, reproduce, and display outputs generated from your inputs. You remain responsible for how you use and share them and for avoiding infringement or harm.
4. AI output limitations
Eqora uses generative and analytical AI. Results may include misread symbols, incorrect calculations, incomplete reasoning, or inaccurate suggestions. The app does not guarantee exact homework or exam outcomes or fitness for a particular purpose.
AI math explanations, quizzes, graphs, and related study outputs are tutoring tools. Verify important steps independently and follow the academic integrity rules that apply to your course or school.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Eqora is free to download and may offer subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases. Apple processes App Store payments. The price, billing period, renewal terms, trial eligibility, and cancellation information presented at purchase are the terms that apply to that transaction.
You can restore eligible purchases in the app and manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your device's Apple Account subscription settings.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Eqora to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with service security, submit malicious requests, or use generated work to deceive teachers or institutions. Rocket Digital may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Availability and third-party services
Eqora relies on Apple, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, subscription management, and other service providers described in the privacy policy. Availability and output can be affected by network conditions, service limits, maintenance, or third-party systems.
The official terms provide the app “as is” and “as available,” with the disclaimers and liability limits stated there.
8. Governing law and changes
The official terms state that they are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Rocket Digital may update its terms. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance as described in the official terms.
